Reservation & Deposit Policy

A 50% deposit is required within 10 days upon booking to secure your reservation. Due to our short season, reservations are necessary to ensure you get the dates you want. Due to high demand for space, your reservation may be released for further bookings if deposits are not received within 10 days of booking. The remaining balance is due 45 days prior to arrival.

The Alaska Steelhead Camp accepts payment by check, wire transfer, and Venmo. However, there will be an additional 3% surcharge for credit card payments to cover processing fees.  

Deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellation and Change of Date Policy

Cancellation insurance for your fishing trip and flights is highly recommended. No final balance payments received will be refunded unless we are able to rebook your scheduled date.  

The Alaska Steelhead Camp is happy to reschedule dates within the same season, within 45 days of your scheduled date, subject to availability.

Alaska Steelhead Camp will not be responsible for loss of fishing time, baggage losses, flight delays, or any other incidents beyond our control.

Disclaimer of Liability: Like anywhere, Alaska is not risk-free. We at Alaska Steelhead Camp make every effort to ensure our guests' safety. However, we do not assume responsibility for injury to clients, personal belongings, or for time and expense incurred. Excessive damage fees will be charged if excessive wear is caused by guests or if damage occurs to Alaska Steelhead Camp property. Upon making a deposit to Alaska Steelhead Camp, our guests agree to be bound by this cancellation policy.

We understand that unexpected things can get in the way of your Alaska trip. We at Alaska Steelhead Camp highly encourage our guests to purchase adequate travel insurance to cover the cost of their fishing trip and their flights. Please note, you may purchase a travel insurance policy as a group as long as all travelers are from the same state. If there are travelers from different states in the same group, each person must purchase their own policy.
