The Kasilof River is a stunning glacial river that flows out of Tustumena Lake on the Kenai Peninsula. One of the major benefits of this river is that it is impervious to blowing out. Rain does not affect this river like those in the lower 48 as the headwaters are capable of absorbing an enormous amount of water without creating large fluctuations in flow rates.

The Kasilof River is a relatively short coastal river flowing from Tustumena Lake to the Cook Inlet. Many of our fish are chrome bright and can often be found with sea lice still intact.
